Kimia Pardaz Arian (KPA) offers a range of aluminum extrusion profiles made from different aluminum alloys and dimensions. Quality is our top priority, ensuring that we deliver high-quality aluminum extrusion products to our customers on time. At KPA, we handle everything in-house, from die design to manufacturing, ensuring a seamless production process. We offer a wide variety of products in terms of dimensions, complexity, and quality. Our extrusion presses range from 1250 to 6200 tons, equipped with the latest technology available on the market.

Our goals for aluminum extrusion supply include:

  • Collaborate with customers to develop solutions.
  • Deliver top-quality solutions.
  • Offer valuable feedback from production processes.
  • Provide the most economically viable solutions in the Middle East and Iran.
  • Serve as a solution partner for our customers, discussing options and jointly developing new processes and capabilities with them.

Extrusion Capabilities

We offer aluminum extrusion profiles in rectangular shapes over 450 mm in width and round shapes up to 380 mm in diameter, ranging from 50 grams per meter to 75 kilograms per meter. In addition to profiles of various dimensions, we can provide single lengths of up to 30 meters from our Aluminum Extrusion Lines, making us a dependable partner for industries like Trailer and Railway.

KPA supplies aluminum extrusion products in a variety of Alloy Types including 1050, 2011, 2024, 2030, 5051, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082 and 7005, as well as 7075 alloys. Our extrusion profiles meet Automotive standards and are fully integrated with SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), featuring Air and Water Quenching Systems for enhanced performance.

We maintain complete control over the mechanical properties of our extrusion processes, ensuring desired hardness and tensile strength. Our billets are heated using Induction Technology, promoting uniform heating in a short time frame with precise temperature control.

Heat Treatment

We manufacture our Extrusion products by heating the billets using an induction heating system to ensure they are uniformly heated before the extrusion process begins. Our Quenching Unit boasts an outstanding cooling ratio, which is crucial for achieving specific material features during extrusion. During the initial testing stages of a new extrusion profile, the water and air flow adjustments can be monitored and recorded using sensor systems. An MES system then analyses the production’s current or future state based on this data.
